Lacee Larson

Lacee is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Experienced Regsitered Yoga Teacher (200 HR. ERYT) and has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2005.  Lacee has also studied Buddhist and Yoga meditation practices and is comfortable teaching meditation and guided imagery practices.  Lacee has also been certified as a personal trainer and loves teaching strength condition classes (pilates, dumbbells, body weight exercises).  Lacee also holds a BA in Secondary Education English/Literature and has taught both Junior High and High School.  

Lacee also enjoys road cycling, rollerblading, hiking, sking, snowshoeing, dancing, cooking and spending time with her family.  

Lacee loves to help people realize their potential and show them tools that will make healthy eating, healthy exercise habits, and stress reduction habits that will lead them to live a life generally free of aches, pains, and dis-ease.  She looks forward to sharing the joy of health and wellness with you.
