Ashley Kamil

As mentioned above, I've been teaching hour long spinning classes at NYSC in Montclair, NJ for 2+ years.  I was a cycling enthusiast for 10 years before I got certified and decided to get certified after I had my first son.  I have always been an avid athlete.  I was a member of the Big League Softball World Championship Team in 1994, played softball, basketball and tennis in high school and went on to play softball and basketball at Franklin and Marshal College in PA.  Upon graduation, I moved to New York City and worked in corporate events and marketing for 10 years.  As an avid fitness enthusiast, I would spin, run, take strenghth classes and work with personal trainers.  Two years ago, I decided to stay at home with my son and thought that was a perfect time to get certified to teach spinning.  I love it, love synching my class to GREAT music and love when people are singing along as they are climbing up a hill in class!  I would be happy to submit my corporate resume if you would like that as well.
