I have been a certified group fitness leader for about 6 years now and each year my passion grows! I enjoy teaching all different kinds of classes however my passion lies in Bootcamps and using Bodyweight as your resistence is an amazing way to see results!
I volunteer my time teaching various fitness classes at my workplace along with 5 other instructors. This year I decided however to branch out and start my own bootcamp business. Needless to say I was overwhelmed by the response I received and am currently holding a bootcamp for a women’s university volleyball team in my hometown of Fredericton, New Brunswick - Canada. I can’t tell you what an honour it is to be helping young women athletes reach their goals to help create a more positive body image of themselves! Strength not only incorporates how much you can lift but how quickly you can lift your spirits when you are having an “off” day. Having overcome an eating disorder myself I have conquered many of the mental and physical challenges that come with having a positive body image. I am proud to say today that I love my body as well as food and what it can do in a positive way for my body!
