I have been practicing yoga for seven years; teaching for a 1 1/2. I received my 500 hour certification through Moksha Yoga in Toronto Canada, July of 2009, a hatha style. I first fell in love with "power" yoga at Five Seasons and knew that yoga was a practice I couldn't live without. I have furthered my education through various workshops with Ana Forest, Rodney Yee, and workshops through Moksha Yoga.
