To say that I love what I do would be an understatement. Having grown up playing sports my whole life, it was natural for me to take the road that led to the fitness industry. I have experienced working in helah clubs from carious perspectives, dales, management, group fitness, and training. Challenging myself in various ways not nly keeps me interested in the field, but provides me the opportunity to bring the highest level of service to all my clients.
