I am a BCRPA Registered Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the Health and Wellness Industry, beginning as an athlete, then as a boot camp instructor and Personal Trainer. I have a genuine desire to see my clients succeed and provide them with the knowledge, guidance, and support to reach their fitness goals and maintain a fit, healthy lifestyle.
I believe that fitness can and should be fun and functional. It is my goal to help my clients achieve their desired fitness level and enjoy themselves in the process. I strive to make my client’s workouts the best part of their day by designing a program specific to their interests and fitness goals.
Because of my extensive background I is very flexible with my training styles and the programs I design. My clients enjoy a variety of workouts from in the Gym, in the home, to training outside boot camp style. During their programs my clients always have fun while being challenged to break through plateaus and reach new fitness levels.
