Jyl D. Bradley has taught group fitness since the late 1980's. She is certified by ACE and AFAA.  She is a certified yoga teacher, a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and a certified personal trainer. She believes in the power of yoga, with a special interest in meditation and relaxation.  She currently teaches group fitness classes to include kickboxing, cross-training, and yoga and enjoys motivating others.

Her educational background is in healthcare with a BS from Granite State College, a MS from Dartmouth College and holds a doctorate from Franklin Pierce University.
