Realized that there is more in life than work.

Sept 2008, started Giving regular fitness classes:

• Getting out there with like minded individuals

• Sharing one's passion for fitness and cycling.

Likes to innovate, constantly searching for ways to build on the visualization experience of cycling:

• Spinning classes inspired from personal races & experience.
• Strong focus on synchronization of cadence to prescribed exercises, music BPM, energy and feel.
• Virtual spinning classes inspired from first hand video footage of personal races
• Providing a never before experienced true-life experience -- specially for those that have never had the opportunity to do so.

Avid Cyclist

•       Amateur racer, always in top tier of racing division, at times top 10.
•       Cycled accross Italy 2003 (Rome --> Courmayeur --> Milan)
•       Shadowed Tour de France 2004 & 2010
•       Shadowed Vuelta 2008
•       Many other cycling excursions (Mount Washington, NH; Mount Haleakala, HI)

Avid Runner

• Completed a number of races (10k, Half-Marathon, Marathon & Ultra distance)

• Boston Marathon Qualified (2009, in 3:14:00)
