I started my fitness career teaching aerobics classes at my alma mater, Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH in 2004. I have always been in love with fitness, and teaching was a great way for me to share my passion. I have experience in leading kickboxing, strength, cardio, and Spinning classes. I am comfortable and confident in leading my classes, and I am always in search of new training and development programs to further enhance my skills. In addition to fitness classes, I compete in marathons, triathlons, and cycling races. I love developing training plans for individuals to reach their competition goals!
