I have been active my entire life. I starting swimming when I was 4 and swam competitively until I was 21. I have been practicing Yoga for over 7 years and teaching in a Group setting for approx 18 months. My Yoga classes range from 20-50+ people. I started teaching Pilates about 6 mos ago along with the weight classes. Every class I have taken on has been fun and rewarding. I love teaching fitness to all levels and ages!
I am YogaFit certified, AFAA certified in PGE and certified to teach several 24 Hour formats.
