I have been teaching for 11 years in various formats. I like variety and teach 13 classes a week in 7 different formats; Zumba, Cardio Dance, Functional Integrated Training (weights), Cardio Resistance Training, CORE, Kickboxing/Cardio, & Bootcamp. I also teach Group Personal Training classes. I'm a certified Personal Trainer and I do Nutrition Coaching as well. I am a fitness enthusiast who practicies what I preach by eating healthy and living clean.
