I have over 20 years experience in the fitness field. I have worked as a pesonal trainer (one on one and in small groups), group fitness instructor, group fitness manager and assisted in many other aspects in health club management. I beleive in the importance of making fitness a part of your everyday life however I also think it should be enjoyable. As a Mom, I also have a genuine interest in youth fitness and in helping with the growing epidemic of childhoos obesity.
