I am certified with Body Training Systems. I have been teaching Group Power (weight lifting) since 2006 and have been trained in Group Kick (kick boxing since 2007. I have taught step, Bosu ball, slide, yoga, dance aerobics, bootcamp format and running. I so enjoy working out and motivating people and have been blessed to be physically fit and able to promote fitness and health! I have taught for a total of 25 years, but at the Courthouse Athletic Club for the last 22 years.
