I was a junior Olympic gymnast for 8 years and from an early age I was interested in body movement and care. After my gymnastic career I went to the University of Florida as a Physical Therapy major. Even though I was excelling in the program, after 2 years I decided to transfer to the University of Maryland and earned my B.S. in marketing. After 10 years of sales experience I felt the calling to become a massage therapist. I have been a therapist for 11 years and in that time I have massaged over 25,000 clients. In that vast amount of experience I have had a chance to work with individuals from Professional athletes to individuals with serious medical conditions and all types of people in between. Every day is rewarding because in as little as 5 minutes I can make a dramatic change in someone's well being. I look forward to what the future brings as massage therapy is integrated into more individuals lives.
