I have always been very interested in physical fitness and am an avid runner.  My passion is to help others to reach their goals and realize their true potential.  It is so rewarding to help someone reach their goal weight or complete their first road race. The gym can be a very intimidating place and it is my goal to make everyone feel comfortable and to help clients find a routine they can be passionate about.
