- Cliff Long
Cliff has been personal training for 20 years. He has worked in the fitness industry throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. He has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland in Kinesiology.
He served on the faculty at the College of Southern Maryland, instructing in both the Massage Therapy Program and the Department of Wellness, Fitness, and Sports. He has also been an instructor for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Personal Trainer Symposium and the American Council on Exercise certification prep courses, teaching individuals to become personal trainers. Cliff has also held the role of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men’s Basketball and Soccer Team from 1998-2000 at the College of Southern Maryland.
