Additional Skills and Attributes: I possess strong organizing and motivating skills. While striving for excellence in all that I do, I have great enthusiasn for my chosen profession. With my sinsere and professional attitude in dealing with the needs of individules in all ages, I have been able to use Pilates to help my participants to focus on elongating and stretching their muscles, while contracting and strengthening them.
