My name is Lori Mosley. I have over twenty years of experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes. Some of my favorite classes to teach (and take) are step, kick, yoga and cross training/boot camp classes. And every couple of years I enjoy aqua classes at wonderful resorts! This year I’’ve added TRX, Strong Nation and Corefirst certifications, and am working towards my 200 hour yoga certification.
