Victoria Haffer holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology with over 20 years of experience in the Fitness industry. As an International Fitness Presenter, she certifies Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors internationally. She is also a Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and certified Yoga/Pilates Instructor. Victoria currently focuses her energy on her business, “Love and Light Healing” where she combines her magical skills to facilitate transformation with her clients through balancing the mind, body and spirit connection. She is also available for private sessions in Therapeutic bodywork,Yoga and Pilates.
