I have over 25 years' experience in the fitness industry and over the years have taught almost all group exercise formats including kickbox, cycling, step, high/low, aqua, BOSU, strength conditioning, bootcamp, TRX, HIIT, Tabata and Pilates. I have certifications in cycling, TRX, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. I have been a certified personal trainer for 20 years, and have embraced the mind-body world, obtaining E-RYT-500 registration with Yoga Alliance. I have completed a four-year education in yoga therapy and am certified withe the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I am an instructor for Red Cross in CPR, AED and First Aid. In addition, I am a certified massage therapist and have a Master's in yoga from Layola Marymount University.
