I began teaching fitness classes in 2007 after receiving my Pilates certification. Since then I have enjoyed teaching many other fitness modalities including Water Aerobics, Tone & Sculpt & Zumba Fitness.
I am currently teach 4 Zumba classes a week & 1 Pilates class a week in addition to working a full time day job.
