I am a personal trainer from Scottsdale, Arizona. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2008 but have been an active fitness enthusiast my entire life. My interest in fitness started in high school when I ran track and started weight training. I maintained the weight training during college and started practicing yoga in the years after graduating. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, I taught high school for 7 years. My love for teaching remains an enduring part of my training today. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years and believe in clean living. I stayed active and fit during my pregnancies and use this knowlegde and experience to help the many "new moms" I train. I moved with my family from New York to Arizona 5 years ago and decided it was the perfect time to change careers and work in the field that I always had an affinity for. I can truly say that I love being a trainer and helping people live a healthy lifestyle. My specialites include core and balance training, new mom workouts and training for older adults.
