I have been participating with spinning for over 10 years and recently discovered my passion to teach back in 2009. In addition to teaching spinning, I love to compete in various road races. In my classes you will experience an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere and the motivation to empower you to work hard and have fun at the same time! I have a diverse taste in music; anything that moves you and inspires you. My ride profiles are all about the experience, the ride, the challenge, and the effect music has on people.
