My name is Jo-Ann Moulin and I live in Birmingham, AL. I was born in Canada and raised in Texas. I graduated with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I moved to Florida in 1988 after graduating from Texas Tech University and started working at the Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa as an Exercise Physiologist. I went back to University and completed my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University and was promoted to Director of Exercise at the Pritikin Center. In 1994, my family and I relocated to Birmingham, AL. where I worked as a Personal Trainer for 4 years. I missed teaching classes in the water so I began teaching aqua aerobics at two facilities in Birmingham, AL. for several years. I was hired as a group exercise instructor for St. Vincents Hospital One Nineteen Health and Wellness in 2006. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes and helping others to live a healthy lifestyle. My favorite place to teach is in the water, but I also enjoy teaching a program through Les Mills, Inc. called TONE. I enjoy teaching strength training and working one on one with individuals helping them to achieve their fitness goals. I plan to live a long, healthy, and happy life by keeping myself fit and healthy and helping others along the way!
