Erin Schwein

I have been working as a fitness professional for over 10 years. I work in the Wellness Department at a community hospital.  I am a personal trainer, Rock Steady Boxing Coach, Orangetheory coach, health coach and teach group classes.
I have been involved in fitness and sports my whole life.  I grew up playing several sports including volleyball, basketball and softball.  I love the competition that sports provides in my life. I love helping others in their fitness journey.  And I love to travel so it's a perfect match ;)
