Samya Haddad

Samya Haddad Mellor is a native of Sacramento, California.  After graduating from Southern Methodist University with BA's in Political Science and French, Samya returned to Sacramento to pursue a law degree and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1994.  While a sophomore at SMU, Samya was asked to begin instructing group exercise classes for the University.  She gladly accepted and has never stopped teaching.  Samya worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Sacramento County for ten years, deciding then to stay home with her three children, happy to have her passion and hobby in group fitness and continues to teach group fitness.  Samya especially enjoys teaching a boot camp class, filled with amazing people and energy! She also teaches hi/lo, water, step, physique, stretch and tone, cardio circuit, bosu, ball fitness and sculpting classes in the Sacramento community.
