I’ve taught Spinning Classes for 3 years at Gold’s Gym. I am a certified Spinning Instructor through Madd Dog Athletics and am also CPR certified. In 1994 I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a B.A.S. degree in Education and a Coaching License. I also enjoy training for and competing in triathlons.
