My name is Gretchen Blase. I live in St. Louis, MO and am a wife and mother of two. I have been teaching group exercise for over 7 years. I became a Spinning intructor 5 years ago and Personal Trainer 3 years ago. I love working with all different types of people and motivating them through exercise. I am very enthusiastic and fun.
