I am a 42 year old mother of 3 with a passion for fitness.  I love to motivate others to meet and exceed their fitness goals.  I have been in the industry for 5 years and I am highly motivated to continue my education and obtain additional certifications in order to provide the best for my clients.  I love teaching groups as well as training 1 on 1.
