Brendine Partyka

I am a Registered Dietitian, Registered Yoga Teacher (200-h) and group fitness intructor (land, aquatic, cycle). I have been a fitness instructor for over 10 years (teaching a variety of classes including spinning, step aerobics, muscle toning and sculpting, ball sculpt, restorative and relaxation classes and aquafit classes). I have studied nutrition and dietetics for over 10 years with a practice that focuses on individual and group therapy for chronic disease prevention and management. In addition, I have completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance training program and teach power, restorative, static and dynamic flow classes based in hatha yoga traditions. My style is vinyasa flow, which weaves in elements of alignment, yoga philosophy and student intention. I have a strong passion for fitness and people. I fill my spare time with traveling, photography, music, outdoor sports (mountain biking, snow-shoeing, running, skiing) and volunteering. In addition, I speak spanish and love learning and experiencing new cultures.
