Josette Puig

Josette Puig is a health and fitness professional, author, stiletto and posing coach, radio personality, speaker and single mom of four children. As a motivator and role model, Josette has a unique connection with her clients that stems from her own personal journey toward wellness. Before becoming a wellness expert, she struggled with her own weight for much of her life. In 2003, she developed postpartum depression after having her fourth child. This was the catalyst for her taking control of her overall health and wellness through proper nutrition. With the help of her personal trainer and physiologist, she discovered how food affects mood, hormones, weight, libido, sleep, energy, and metabolism. She believes true transformation begins from the inside out, a theory that inspired her to write her first book, “Frumpy To Fabulous. One Change A Week To A Healthier You.”

Josette launched her company, GetJosette, LLC, in 2011 with the goal of creating total life solutions that involve all aspects of living well: including health, wellness, weight loss, and overall lifestyle. By sharing a unique and inspiring philosophy that stresses the integration of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes, Josette empowers people everywhere to define and reach their personal goals, both physical and psychological. Josette communicates her message of health and wellness to a large audience through in-person consultations, social media, and assorted news outlets.
