My greatest thrill is to see people enjoying their lives more fully through fitness. I have developed my own Pilates training course and teach people to become instructors. My training has been with STOTT, Polestar and the Pilates Centre in Boulder Colorado and I have taken the best from each program and developed my course. I also teach courses such as "Yikes My Aching Back!" Which is a 45 minute lecture on back care as well as others such as this. My dance experience is extensive and I am trained in ballet, jazz and hip-hop and teach many fusion style classes. As far as personal training, my preferred client is someone who is either new to fitness or someone who is finding their way back to the world of fitness after an absence. The disciplines I teach all compliment each other and I find it very satisfying to be able to offer all of this to my clients. We can do Pilates for their core, yoga to stretch and strengthen, weights to tone and Yamuna body rolling to release the tension in their connective tissues and some dance to get their cardio in or to explore their creative and fun side through fitness.
