I participated in Nia classes for 5 years before I decided to become a Nia instructor in October of 2006.
In Nia I have improved my spiritual, mental, emotional and physical energies. Holistically, I have become healthier.

I began teaching Nia classes at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington at Rockville, Maryland and at Courageous Dance Studio in Savage, Maryland in 2007.  By 2008 I created the Uniquely Salomon label. 
I continues to teach Nia class at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington at Rockville, Saturdays at 1:00pm ( www.jccgw.org/301-881-0100).  
I also teach Nia class at Savage Fit on Sundays 3:30pm at the Historic Savage Mill, New Weave Building ( www.savagemill.com) Ani Murach 443-812-3059

I has been a Zumba Instructor since 2008, a Zin Member since 2009 and Zumba Gold/ Aqua Zumba certification since 2010/ Zumba In The Circuit 2010
