Ashleigh Rose has enthusiastically practiced physical fitness for over 15 years. During the past 6 years she has actively shared her love for fitness with others.
Ashleigh, grew up figure skating competitively, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from San Francisco State University, and was drawn to the Pilates Method when she rehabilitated her entire body post a near death car accident. She is also a professional member of ACE, USFSA, ISI, and AFAA. She is also a nationally certified BASI Pilates instructor, Xtend Barre, group exercise instructor, and figure skating coach. Ashleigh coached competitive figure skating for 4 years prior to focusing full time on her own Pilates Studio in Washington State.
With experience in Pilates, Yoga, Barre Work, group fitness, endurance training, ploymeric training, core and satiability training Ashleigh has found success with many clients.
