I came from a background in medicine and a history of studying dance as an amateur. I also spent a good portion of my life working with children with disabilities. After teaching part-time through the Community College of Baltimore County I decided to expand into the fitness field full-time with my own business. I know am a private contractor as stated above through Howard County Department of Aging, The Community College of Baltimore County, various dance and fitness sites, and with corporate and private clients.
