I am a very high energy person that loves to have fun when getting fit.I love all diffrent type of fitness .I am a mother of 6 children and have always made time to get a little workout in.I teach a wide range of fitness classes from water aerobics to boot camp.I teach up to 7 classes each week .I have been vote best in bucks spinning instructor.I feel that fitness comes in all diffrent shapes and size and is one of the best things you can do for mind,body,and spirit.
