I believe that staying physically active is a crucial part of leading a happy, healthy life. Through training you will not only look better, but you will also improve your strength, reflexes, coordination, and balance, making every day tasks easier. Your mind and body will be in better synch, leading to a healthier life in all aspects. With a well-rounded, well-balanced program you will improve the quality of your life and inspire those around you. I have always had a keen interest in health and fitness, and a passion for all sports. I began a strength training program at 15 and became educated through my experiences as well as my formal education. I understand the importance of proper training and nutrition in order to truly advance in any sport or activity. I am a BCRPA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Weight Trainer, and Personal Trainer; and an AAHFRP Certified Post-Rehab Specialist. I have the required CPR and First Aid Certifications and I have taken many workshops including Bosu, Triple Training, Core Conditioning, Sport Specific Training, Fit to Play and Perform and more.
