Andy Sullivan

My name is Andy Sullivan, I became passionate about health & fitness after seeing what 5 years of being in the fast food industry did to my body. I turned this passion into a career as the Area Manager for GoodLife Fitness clubs in Chatham, Ontario, Canada for the last 5 years. I love the fact that every day I get the chance to change somebody's life for the better!

For the last 2 years, I have been teaching Schwinn certified cycling classes and love the intensity of a great ride. As an avid sports fan, I play a variety of sports including baseball, soccer, football, hockey and mixed martial arts.
