I was a world class gymnast for all my childhood, competeing all over the world. I consider some of my biggest accomplishments to be winning a state title, a regional title, ranking 7th in the nation and competing with Nadia Comenecci at the Denver Collusium. The love of physical fitness has followed me all my life I have had great success in my teaching career being named top instructor of three different clubs and winning the title of best trainer in Milehigh Magazine in 2009.

In addition, my husband and I have adopted four children over the last seven years. My only biological son has achieved a full ride scholorship to North Central Texas as a left handed baseball pitcher, he is in his first year.
