Cristina is a versatile, people-oriented, realistic fitness and wellness coach who believes in the power of the ‘fun factor’. She was born an ‘Enter-trainer’!
She started dancing at the age of 13, but in university, she naturally deviated towards the fitness world, while keeping a foot in dance. Spanish folk, classical and flamenco led to Contemporary Broadway Jazz and the study of Yoga, the Mother of all Mind Body techniques. For the past 10 years, while building a personal training and group fitness career in Montreal, Cristina has been experimenting with as many methods and genres as possible such as yoga, Pilates, Theatre Dance, Budokon (a yoga-martial arts fusion), sexy and Pole dance to name a few. Cristina loves to travel and take classes with other pros. The goal is to keep learning, discover what’s new and hot, and then incorporate fresh material into her unique, goal-oriented, creative training methodology named FLUID: a dancer’s body.
FLUID builds upon the pillars of body awareness, alignment, and core strength to bring functionality to your everyday activities, your favorite sports and more intense workouts. The result is a dancer’s body with its endurance, agility, grace, balance, power, flexibility and strength. Lean strong gracious muscles and great posture are an aesthetical by product of this training method, a blend of Yoga, Pilates, Dance conditioning and fitness, which she teaches in the format of group classes and private sessions using gym and unconventional equipment (chair) or the outdoors. But the main piece of equipment remains one’s own body.
