Elana Fitch

As you can see, I have an extensive background in both the fitness and education industry. My passion is fitness, and have been told that I inspire many people through my enthusiasm, humor, fun, challenging classes and my way of keeping them going. When people find out that I am a mom of four daughters ages 19, 16, 7, and 6, they say they can't believe it and think I'm just a hair past 19 (love them for that:-). I practice and teach moderation and healthy choices and encourage them to love their bodies, their breath, and their ability, which in turn will help them get the results they are seeking. This is all done in my fun classes with tons of great combinations that anyone can learn, and lots of active recovery. It would be my pleasure to work for your company and represent you in a most fun, fabulous, (and much needed) relaxing way. Please consider my skills and qualifications.
