I have been in the fitness industry since 1991. I began teaching step aerobics and over the years added various other specialities including yoga, aqua, kickboxing, Pilates, bootcamp, bosu, sculpting, stability ball, circuit, Spinning, and fusion type classes. In the pursuit of more knowledge I have completed my Masters degree in Exercise Science and hope to pursue my Doctorate in Health Education. I have a passion for health and fitness that I am fortunate to be able to share through the group fitness instruction.
