Hello!
I love to teach fitness classes! In the fall of 2010 I began teaching Hi/Lo group fitness and have since expanded to Zumba® in the winter of 2011. In addition to attending classes from various centres in the city I live in, I also attend workshops and conferences whenever possible.
The energy and positive atmosphere are what I love about teaching, and what I strive to bring to each of my classes. Regardless of the type of day someone is having, I hope they can finish the class on a high note, feeling even better than they did an hour before.
