I’ve been teaching fitness for 25 years. From step to hi/lo to cardio kickboxing to spin to bootcamp to barre to yoga. I’ve pretty much taught everything.
The past ten years have been more focused on yoga and exploring the mind body connection. I love helping people realize their true potential not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
I also have tremendous love and respect for the planet and all living things. I’m a vegetarian and an outdoor enthusiast. I love to rock climb, mountain bike, camp, hike, and, generally speaking, try to spend as much time outside as possible.
