Julie Lamer carries the message of fitness to every class she teaches throughout the country. Classes she teaches to the public are designed for all fitness levels and affirms that each individual can champion fitness awareness.
Julie grew up in Hudsonville, a small farming community in
Julie teamed with a fitness club in 1985 and started teaching gymnastics and fitness classes. Based on her experience in the fitness industry, she has taught, choreographed and prepared exercise classes for Spinning, Step, High-Low, Kickboxing, Cross-training, Circuit, Weight training, Ball, Yoga and Pilates. Julie is currently responsible for instructing 5-8 hours a week, teaching a wide variety of classes.
