Leah Berti

My name is Leah Berti, I am a fitness enthusiast and live to inspire others to take an active approach to there lives. I have my degree in kinesiology and business and have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have competed in fitness, bodybuilding and now figure competitions for over 6 years with the Arnold Classic and Canadian Nationals being some of my achievments. I enjoy teaching spin classes and boot camp classes as well as 1 on 1 training. I am passionate about health and wellness and am always trying to increase my knowledge and expertise in the feild.
