I have been involved in fitness for over 10 years. I started as a dancer at the age of 7 and at 18 became interested in fitness. I teach several ZUMBA classes, along with kickboxing, bootcamps, and resistance training. After 14 years of being fitness conscious, I'm of the belief that the body and mind work hand in hand in keeping a person mentally and physically sound. They both need regular workouts. I have a lot of energy and spirit and like to keep the workouts fun but effective so that you can achieve your goals with satisfaction.
