- Mina Bahrami
Mina started with interest in fitness at a young age after participating in both soccer and volleyball for a total of 12 years. She started working at Healthy U Fitness Studio teaching step and sculpting classes. Mina is experienced in bellydance, which she started at the age of 10 and has began to integrate bellydancing clases in her routines. She then started practicing yoga, for about 3 years and then became certified for Yoga Fit. She currently coaches a travel youth volleyball team, and have created a workout program suited to each player. She specialize in working with athletes with conditioning, and now teaches yoga, pilates, step, kickboxing, and sculpting and has started a teen fitness program at Healthy U Fitness Studio.
