I played travel soccer my entire childhood and have always led an active life. I moved to New York and studied nursing, then decided to get into fitness professionally. I went to the American Academy of Personal Training to get some hands on education before I started my career as a Personal Trainer. For 3 years, I have been training clients at all different fitness levels at New York Health and Racquet Club.
