  • I began practicing yoga in 1997 after being involved in a car accident that left me with a back injury.  Chiropractic care put me back together, but it was yoga that breathed new life into me and really got me moving.  Pilates followed a year later and when I began teaching in 2007, I was more than a little excited to share my passion for mind-body wellness with any and everyone.  In light of this, I have developed a teaching style that is inclusive of all participant levels, including beginner to advanced modifications.
